OUR SMILE GUARANTEE

We want you to love your purchase, so if you don't, let us know and we'll make it right.

Our Smile Gurantee means that if your item is wrong, damaged or defective in any way, we will refund or replace. Just send us an email with photos of the issue and we'll make it right.

STORE CREDIT

If you are looking to replace, but want to wait to see new designs, we can offer you a shop credit and if you take this option, we'll give you an extra 10% as a gift. Shop credits never expire.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase and do not want to exchange, you may return for a refund. Product must first be shipped back to us before a store credit or refund may be issued. (Return shipping is not covered).

Both store credit and refund amounts will not include the shipping amount originally paid to receive the product.
There is a $5 restocking fee per item for returns. This fee is waived if you want a store credit, but will be deducted from refund amounts.

No refunds will be made after 60 days from the purchase date.

REPLACEMENT

If an item is damaged or the wrong item is sent, due to manufacturer error, a replacement item will be sent at no additional charge. The damaged or wrong item is to be discarded or donated. Picture proof of damaged items must be included with the item replacement request.

If your order status shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, we will grant a 50% discount on a new order. Before claiming, please ensure to check with household members and thoroughly search around your home where the package could have been placed by the postal carrier.

For orders without tracking updates, reach out to us, and we'll request updates from UPS. If no updates are available for 7 days, a replacement will be sent free of charge if the issue is on our end or the postal carrier's fault. However, if an incorrect address was provided, a store credit for the product's value will be issued, and a new order with shipping charges will need to be placed.

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, a full refund will be processed after 30 days of no tracking updates for domestic orders.

For international orders, UPS tracking will only continue within the USA. Once it leaves the country, tracking will cease. We offer a replacement if the package isn't received within 6 weeks from its departure from the USA.

About Ordering

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Once you place your order, you have 1 hour to cancel. After that time, we will put it into progress and once that is done, we cannot change or cancel it.

As with all our products, each tee is printed on demand and is placed into the print production along with the other orders on the day. It cannot be pulled out of production once we confirm the fulfillment, and it will automatically go into shipment after it is printed.

If you have any issues, reach out to us and we can chat more about options available to you. We do offer store credits and refunds, but these may not include the shipping amount originally paid to receive your order.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Yes, you can as long as the order has not already been shipped. If your order is still in printing stage, then we can definitely change it for you. Reach out to us through our Contact Page and we can chat more.

My Order Was Wrong or Defective- Will you Fix It?

We try our best to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition, but sometimes, it does happen that a tee will be damaged or was incorrectly sent.

In that case, we will always fix the problem and make it right. Your happiness is important to us and we will ensure you get the tee you deserve.

What if My Order is Lost?

How Do I Use My Store Credit?

When you are ready to order, you can use the store credit code we provide you with. If you misplace it, just drop us an email at support@groovyrhythm.com and we'll send it through to you. If you don't want to use all your credit or have more than the order, then just drop us a message and we'll set up a code for that specific order for you and subtract if from your total.

I Forgot to Use My Discount Code

We send out codes and emails weekly with each new tee drop. Please keep in mind that our discount codes are only valid for a limited time and must be applied before completing your transaction.

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply the discount after the transaction has been processed.

About Shipping

What is the Cost of Shipping for UK & USA Orders?

Our USA shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 on orders of 1 tshirt with a small additional cost for each additional shirt. On all orders over $75, we offer free shipping.

Our UK shipping is a flat rate of £4.50 on orders of 1 tshirt, with a small additional cost for each additional shirt. On all orders over £70, we offer free shipping.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship to almost every country around the world, with the exception of Israel, India, Morocco, Egypt, Panama, Tunisia and Columbia.

What is the Cost of International Shipping?

For international shipping, our rates start at $9.95 and dependant on weight, increase up to $15.95. All orders over $150 get free shipping to all international locations.

Will There Be Customs Fees?

Customs fees are established by each country, so you may wish to review your country's customs/fees guidelines. These fees are not included in final price at checkout. Any import taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Why Hasn't My Shipping Updated?

For international orders, UPS tracking will only continue to show updates while the package is in the USA. After the package leaves the USA, it will be transferred to the postal service of the customer’s country and no tracking will be available.

If it is actually lost in transit, we will make it right, but we can only offer a replacement if the package is not received within 6 weeks after it leaves the USA, and if it is the carriers fault. If you provided the wrong address we can reship it when it is returned to us, but only after a reshipping fee is paid. If you do not want it reshipped, we will treat it as a returned order.

How Long Will My Order Take?

If you live outside of the USA or UK, then international shipping will apply. Depending on which country you live it, it may take a few weeks for your package to be delivered.

Once your order is shipped, you will be provided a UPS tracking number and that will update while the package is in the USA. About Our Tees

What Materials Are Used?

Our Tshirts are made with 100% ring-spun cotton, a lightweight fabric that feels comfy and breathable.

The classic fit with the crew neckline has a tear away label so no worry about a scratchy neck.

The cotton is ethically grown and harvested US cotton. And Gildan is also a proud member of the US Cotton Trust Protocol ensuring ethical and sustainable means of production. Our blank tees are certified by Oeko-Tex for safety and quality assurance.

Each blend has a slightly different combination of cotton and polyester. Heather colors - 35% ring-spun cotton, 65% polyester; Sport Grey and Antique colors - 90% cotton, 10% polyester

Printing is done with DTG printers which ensure the most vivid colors and fine lines.

No Side Seams : Knit is a one piece tubular fabric, which reduces fabric waste and makes the garment more attractive and comfortable

Shoulder Tape: Twill tape covers the shoulder seams to stabilize the back of the garment and helps prevent stretching

Ribbed knit with seam: The ribbed knit makes the collar highly elastic while returning to shape and helps retains the shape of the neckline

Fiber composition :
Solid colors are 100% cotton, Heather colors comprise of 35% ring-spun cotton and 65% polyester, Sport Grey is 90% cotton and 10% polyester.

Made from specifically spun fibers that make a durable and smooth fabric that is ideal for printing.

How Do I Wash & Care for My Tshirt?

The best ways to make sure our tees stay bright and bold is to wash them like a rock star! Here are our tips for making them last.

1. Always wash and dry your tees inside out. Super simple and so effective.
2. Mild soaps and low temps are the way to go. Don't cook it, it's not food.
3. Leave the spinning for the turntable. The spin cycle is not our tees friend.
4. If you can air dry, that would be great. If not, then leave the jeans and towels out and give your tee the space it needs.
5. Always iron inside out and start low on the heat.

Who Are You?

Groovy Rhythm is a UK based business with strong US connections. The founders, Steve and Jeanne started this as a fun way to express their creativity and their passion for music and music festivals.

Jeanne was an animator for many years and loves graphic design, art and making people laugh. Steve is a music man - who has to fill every minute of his day with tunes and only speak lyrics.

Together with Cari, in New York and David in Delaware - we have the perfect team of crazy creatives with a strong customer oriented twist. Our passion for music, for vinyl collecting, for designing off the cuff music designs not seen elsewhere, and our desire to connect with music lovers, the world over have made our 'fan family' so rewarding.

Most of our designs are hand drawn by us, digitized for printing and all are created with love.
